Five Food Groups Not Normally Associated With Preparing Healthy Meals

For years we have been encouraged by doctors and nutritional experts to remove or reduce fats and carbohydrates from our diet in order to be healthy. This advice has been based on the belief that these foods are not good for us, both in terms of health and weight gain. New research now suggests that the most healthy meals have very little to do with reducing these food groups and in fact, this research suggests quite the opposite.
What this new medical research also tells us is that one particular ingredient is responsible for causing the five major causes of premature death world wide - Heart Disease, Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Cancer, and this one ingredient is absolutely everywhere!
